How IKONFORGE works.

IKONFORGE, also searched as Icon Forge, is a project-first UK marketplace. The workflow keeps the first enquiry simple while making later quote comparison clearer and more traceable.

Start My Project For Specialists

Customer Sends A Brief

Name, email, postcode and a short project description are enough for first contact. Photos, budget and timing can follow later.

IKONFORGE Checks It

The platform checks for missing context, privacy risks and whether the project is ready for specialist matching or needs clarification.

Reviewed Specialists Respond

Independent specialists and small trade companies are reviewed before marketplace access and respond where service area and trade fit.

Quotes Stay Comparable

Written offers should show price, timing, VAT position, availability, scope, assumptions and exclusions before a customer chooses.

Controlled Beta Boundaries

IKONFORGE does not process deposits or hold customer money during the controlled beta. Verification is a marketplace-access review, not a guarantee of workmanship. Official written contact stays with hello@ikonforge.co.uk.
