Verification is a marketplace-access review of submitted profile information, such as business details, service areas, insurance statements and qualifications where provided. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, future performance or continuing cover.
Project enquiries are not public adverts. Customer contact details are handled as private information and should be entered only in the contact fields, not in public project descriptions.
IKONFORGE encourages written scope comparison: labour, materials, VAT, timing, exclusions, access and how changes will be agreed. Customers choose whether to proceed with a specialist.
During controlled beta, IKONFORGE does not take deposits, hold funds or process project payments. Never send card details, passwords or sensitive identity documents through project messages.
Simple low-risk routing may use limited automated checks, but judgement-heavy cases, specialist verification, complaints and privacy requests remain subject to human review.
